What is Pureness. Honest. Goodness?

We believe in empowering consumers with natural, organic and ethical products in the purest from our bodies could consume. We believe in values first before products and we care about the community involved in our supply chain including you as consumers and the community at large. This is reflected in our Social Goodness principles. Natural goodness must be shared and we make available this choice instead of commercially mass produced products. Our Goodness Guarantee ensures the ingredients used are exactly as published and we use it first!

  • Browse our website to find the product you like or from the search bar. Head to SHOP in the menu to view all products.
  • Select the product you wish to purchase and either ADD TO CART or BUY. The selection will be added to your shopping cart automatically. Continue shopping.
  • To review your selection, click on the SHOPPING CART. It is an icon of a basket/cart located at the top right corner of the page. You can also click here.
  • Proceed to CHECKOUT and you will see your items chosen in your SHOPPING CART. If the items or quantities are not what you desired, remove it or simply reset and start over again.
  • Enter your Billing Address (must be the same with your credit card details if you choose to pay via credit card). You can choose a different Shipping Address if you tick “Ship to a different address”.
  • We ship free over RM150 within Malaysia. International shipping charges will be reflected upon completion of City and Country fields.
  • Enter any notes you wish to notify us.
  • Key in coupon code if any. Generally, only one coupon code can be used at any one time. Normally coupon codes does not apply to items on sale.
  • Payment : You can choose either to pay via Credit Card (Paypal) or Online Bank Transfer (MOLPay). Select your choice.
  • At the Checkout page, click on Proceed or Place Order to pay.
  • For Credit Card option (you do not need to register with Paypal), choose the latter option using Credit Card on thePayPal page.
  • You will receive email notification upon order completion and subsequently delivery tracking number as soon as it is being shipped via courier service provider.

If you choose to order and make payment to us manually, kindly message us over Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp (012-2290122) or email us. Prices will be the same as the ones (including any promotion or discounts) we have at our online store.

Is the transaction safe and secure?

Absolutely safe! The entire transaction is completed on a secure server through MOLPay and PayPal. Your ATM/debit/credit card number is encrypted and does not go through us. In other words, when making payment, the interface that you use comes from MOLPay or PayPal. All information related to the payment process, including credit card details do not pass through us. We only get the payment confirmation from the payment gateway providers so you can have peace of mind when shopping with us.

MOLPay, PayPal and other payment gateway providers we use have world class encryption technology to ensure your information is protected in line with global payment standards.

Can I pay using a credit or debit card?

Yes you can. We use PayPal to securely process your credit/debit card transaction with us.  Payment via Credit/Debit card can be done at the Checkout page. You do not need to register with PayPal. Just proceed to “Pay with a Credit/Debit Card” option. There is no additional charges on your end.

 

Are there any other modes of payment?

Currently we only accept bank transfer to our company Maybank account, MOLPay (online bank instant transfer) and Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal). We will add other modes of payment when it is available.

How do we deliver your orders?

For online orders, we currently ship quickly using courier services like Poslaju, GDex and a few others. Expect to receive delivery within 2-4 business days within Peninsular Malaysia, 3-7 business days for East Malaysia.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, Australia and New Zealand (across Asia). Just key in your full address and the shipping cost will be shown when you check out. If it doesn’t display or you would like to ship elsewhere, kindly email us hello@staging.savannagoodness.com for shipping charges so that we can rectify it.

How much do I get charged for shipping?

We offer FREE shipping for orders over 2 items by SKU (bundle is considered 1 item) nationwide within Malaysia. The shipping fee is RM8 flat rate West Malaysia and RM11 East Malaysia, irregardless of weight. International shipping charges will be shown upon filling of full address.

How do I track my order?

Upon successful order completion and payment, you will be notified via email with the order number. Once the product has been posted, we will notify you with the tracking number. You can therefore track at the respective courier service provider which will be shared via email.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?

2-4 business days within Peninsula Malaysia
3-7 business days within East Malaysia
6-10 business days within Singapore
7-14 business days within Asia/World

How do I ship to a different address?

At delivery address field, key in your desired shipping address. This field is different from billing address. If both are the same, simply untick “Ship to a different address” checkbox.

Can I arrange for self-collection?

No, we don’t. We have retailers listed on our Find Us page and we use courier services to deliver online orders.

Any taxes for international orders?

Don’t worry, we have shipped to many international destinations and no taxes were charged as it is door-to-door shipping. Unless for bulk shipment like more than 30 units, you may have to check with your local authorities.

I would like to send this as a gift, can you hide information like price on delivery documents?

Yes, we could make arrangement for the bill/DO to not show the price. Do let us know in advance via email or message us over our social media pages.

What happens if the product was not as what it was described?

For natural skincare products, there may be rare instances of discoloration and textural changes, but rest assured the quality and efficacy of it will be maintained. Natural ingredients differ by batches and season and because it is not synthetically produced, therefore variations are absolutely normal. Do contact us and we will be able to help. We wish our customers to be happy using our products.

I received the wrong or different order. What should I do?

We strive to ensure an wonderful shopping experience. If we had made a mistake, we apologize and would respond as quickly as possible. Contact us at hello@staging.savannagoodness.com or Whatsapp us at 012 229 0122 with your order ID and we will respond as quickly as possible to rectify the situation. For quicker response, message us at our Facebook or Instagram page.

I subscribed but I did not receive any email

As soon as you register your email with us, you will get an email almost instantly. Please check your junk folder as it ends up there most of the time. If there is still none, please register again or message us via our social media pages.

What are the benefits of registering as a member?

We run numerous campaigns and promotions as well as new product introduction and various tips on skincare, health and kids space. You will be surprised at the goodies you get as a member!

Do i need to register as a member to shop?

No you do not. You can make a purchase without signing as a member. However, we do offer gifts vouchers and store credit campaigns occasionally. Not to mention some easy to win campaigns like Refer Your Friend, Get RM20 campaign which we will notify you.

I forgot my password!

Go to the Login Page and then click the Forgot Your Password. Kindly provide your email which you registered with. An email requesting you to reset your password will be sent shortly. If the email had not been received, kindly check your junkmail folder.

We offer goodies from time to time as well as promotional campaigns and giveaways! We also share tips on skincare, health and kids space especially related to natural, organic and ethical products.
From time to time we give a 10% discount for our newsletter subscribers valid for first time online customers. Subscribe so that you won’t miss out!

How do I subscribe?

You can subscribe at our footer or subscribe page.

How do I unsubscribe?

We respect you opt out choice and you can unsubscribe anytime at the bottom of the newsletter or email us at hello@staging.savannagoodness.com. Do allow up to two weeks for our system to effect the opt-out cycle reset.

What is your exchange policy?

Your happiness is important to us. We also love to listen to people who matters most: YOU. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, kindly let us know why and;

3) Return the products within 10 business days from delivery date
4) Items must not be used more than 20% of the original weight/volume.
5) Items must be in the same condition as when you received it.
6) Items must be in the original packaging including the box (if applicable).
7) We reserve the right to replace an equivalent product at our discretion.

How do I return the products?

You will receive a response from us indicating the shipping address that you need to return the items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Kindly ensure the products are in the original shipping package.

How about damaged or faulty products?

Your ultimate joy when using our products is most important to us. For damaged product and faulty products, immediately contact us at hello@staging.savannagoodness.com or 012 229 0122 and we will advise you on how to resolve it.
If it cannot be resolved, upon receiving the damaged or faulty item from you, and after verification, we will then ship a replacement to you.
*Original packaging and Order ID must be included
*Consumables like tea that have been opened or consumed cannot be replaced.

When can I hear from you?

Returns and exchanges will be processed on a case to case basis. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If it is approved, then your refund/exchange may be processed in either store credit or a replacement, within a certain amount of days which will be specified via email.

Do you offer corporate gift and purchase program?

How do I use my voucher/coupon?

1) Go to CHECKOUT after adding your product to the cart
2) Enter the code in the indicated box
3) Kindly ensure the voucher is still valid
4) You can only use the code once per order checkout
5) Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless indicated otherwise

Can a voucher/coupon be used on discounted items?

Voucher and coupons can only be used on regular price items unless otherwise stated.

The voucher code does not work. What is wrong?

If you come across issues with the voucher code, try the following :
1) Sign in as member or subscribe our newsletter for upcoming offers
2) Check if there is a minimum purchase required
3) Check if the voucher had expired
4) Voucher can only be used once per checkout
5) Voucher codes to be entered at the checkout page

Can vouchers be used together with store credit/gift card?

Yes. Vouchers could be together with gift cards and store credit as long as the vouchers usage conditions are met (refer to the previous question)
